The villa sits on the 4th fairway of the golf course and benefits from a south-facing pool deck. This makes it ideal for relaxing by the pool at any time of the year, with sunshine from dawn through to dusk.

Within walking distance, is a WalMart Superstore (24 hour shopping), fast food outlets including Burger King, KFC and MacDonalds as well as local restaurants and banks.

And we are only a 15 minute drive away from the brand new LEGOLAND®. It's the biggest Legoland Park ever and offers a unique mix of more than 50 rides, shows and attractions, including the spectacular LEGO® models and other interactive elements for the whole family to enjoy together.

Southern Dunes offers a range of leisure facilities including a fitness gym, tennis courts, community pool, children’s play area and a great clubhouse with restaurant and bar. All are free for our guests to enjoy and within a few minutes stroll of the villa.

The community is close to the attractions of Orlando yet set within the peaceful grounds of a country club. You'll have a PGA-rated championship golf-course on your doorstep, a 24hr WalMart Superstore within walking distance and plenty of local shops and stores to enjoy. Being a gated community also means it is safe to walk, jog or cycle around.
